Mingus Peak is a mountaintop three miles south of the mining town of Jerome and midway between the cities of Sedona and Prescott.
The site has Telco lines and features access control with power and environmental monitoring for an emergency generator.
Mingus Peak is accessible during the snow season with 4WD or snowcat and 2WD vehicles for the year’s balance.
The facility has a 180′ self-supporting tower and two shelters that house standard communications equipment racks.
